Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Jehona Bunjaku. Please read this Returns & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• unworn
• unused
• unwashed
• undamaged
• free from stains, perfume, odours, makeup, deodorant marks or signs of wear
• with original tags attached
• in original packaging where applicable
• accompanied by proof of purchase

2. How to request a return

Please include:

• your full name
• order number
• email used for the order
• item you want to return
• reason for return
• clear photos if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect

Do not send items back before your return request has been approved.

3. Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect:

• custom-made items
• made-to-measure items
• personalised items
• altered items
• bridal or evening pieces produced specifically for the customer
• final sale items clearly marked as non-returnable
• worn, washed, damaged, stained or scented items
• items without original tags, where applicable
• gift cards, if offered

4. Custom and made-to-order pieces

Custom, made-to-order, made-to-measure, personalised and altered pieces are created specifically for the customer. For this reason, they cannot usually be cancelled, returned or refunded once production has started, unless the product is faulty or does not match the confirmed order specifications.

5. Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

For international returns, the customer is responsible for customs documents, return shipping costs and any import/export charges unless the return is due to our error.

6. Inspection and approval

Returned items are inspected after arrival.

If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method where possible.

If the item does not meet the return conditions, we may refuse the refund and return the item to the customer at the customer’s cost.

7. Refund processing time

Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Where mandatory consumer law applies, we will process refunds within the legally required timeframe.

8. Original shipping costs

Original shipping costs are refundable only where required by applicable law or where the return is due to a faulty, damaged or incorrect item.

Premium, express or upgraded shipping options may not be fully refundable where standard delivery was available.

9. Exchanges

Exchanges may be possible depending on stock availability.

If you need a different size or product, contact us at info@jehonabunjaku.com. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund, store credit or alternative solution.

10. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@jehonabunjaku.com with your order number and clear photos.

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a repair, replacement, exchange, refund or another suitable solution.

Damage caused by misuse, incorrect washing, incorrect care, normal wear and tear or third-party alterations is not considered a fault.
