2. About our store

Jehona Bunjaku is a fashion and atelier brand based in Prishtina, Kosovo. We offer women’s fashion, including dresses, bridal and evening pieces, coats, knitwear, blouses, shirts, loungewear, pants, tops and selected accessories or related products.

Some pieces may be ready-to-wear, limited-edition, made-to-order, customised or produced in small quantities.

3. Use of the website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the website, the business, other users or third parties.

You must not:

  • misuse the website or interfere with its security
  • use false information when placing an order
  • attempt to access accounts, systems or data without permission
  • copy, reproduce or misuse our images, designs, text, branding or product content without permission
  • use the website for fraudulent, unlawful or harmful purposes

We reserve the right to restrict access, cancel orders or suspend accounts where misuse, fraud or suspicious activity is detected.

4. Product information

We make every reasonable effort to display product information, colours, images, sizes, prices and availability accurately.

However, product colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, photography and device display. Measurements may vary slightly depending on the cut, fabric and production method.

Product descriptions, images and prices may be updated at any time. If an obvious error appears on the website, including an incorrect price, product description or availability status, we reserve the right to correct the error and, if necessary, cancel or refund the affected order.

5. Sizes and fit

Customers are responsible for choosing the correct size before placing an order. Size guides, measurements and product notes are provided to help customers make informed decisions.

For made-to-measure, custom or altered items, the customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements and information. Jehona Bunjaku is not responsible for fit issues caused by incorrect measurements, incomplete information or changes requested by the customer after production has started.

6. Orders and contract formation

An order is placed when you complete the checkout process and submit payment.

After placing an order, you may receive an automatic order confirmation email. This confirms that we received your order request, but it does not mean the order has been accepted in all cases.

A contract is formed when we confirm the order, process payment and/or dispatch the product.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

  • the product is unavailable
  • payment is not authorised
  • there is a pricing or product information error
  • the order appears fraudulent or suspicious
  • delivery to the requested location is not possible
  • the customer has provided incomplete or incorrect information

If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method where possible.

7. Prices and currencies

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the website. Available currencies may include EUR, USD, GBP and CHF.

Currency conversions may be approximate and may vary depending on exchange rates, payment provider conversion rates and bank charges. Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may apply additional fees or exchange-rate differences.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, product prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, local VAT, brokerage fees or other charges that may apply when shipping internationally.

8. Payments

We may accept payment methods such as credit/debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or other secure payment methods displayed at checkout.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details on our website.

Your order will only be processed once payment has been authorised or received, unless another arrangement has been expressly confirmed by us in writing.

9. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes, promotional offers and welcome discounts are valid only under the conditions stated at the time of the promotion.

Promotions may be limited by time, product, quantity, customer group, location or order value.

Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, applied retroactively or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse promotions where misuse, technical errors or fraudulent activity are detected.

10. Shipping and delivery

Shipping options, estimated delivery times and delivery charges are displayed at checkout or on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production time, stock availability, customs clearance, courier delays, public holidays, incorrect address details or circumstances outside our control.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees or similar charges imposed by the destination country.

11. Returns, exchanges and refunds

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the order, unless the item is excluded from return.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached and in original packaging where applicable.

For hygiene, quality and custom-production reasons, the following items are generally not returnable unless they are faulty or incorrect:

  • custom-made items
  • made-to-measure items
  • personalised items
  • altered items
  • final sale items clearly marked as non-returnable
  • items worn, washed, damaged, scented or stained after delivery
  • items without original tags or packaging, where applicable

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

12. Custom, made-to-order and atelier pieces

Custom, made-to-order, made-to-measure, personalised and altered pieces are produced specifically for the customer.

Once production has started, such orders cannot usually be cancelled, returned or refunded unless the product is faulty or does not match the confirmed order specifications.

Estimated production times are provided as guidance only and may vary depending on fabric availability, complexity, workload and customer response time.

13. Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@jehonabunjaku.com with your order number, description of the issue and clear photos.

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a repair, replacement, exchange, refund or another suitable solution depending on the circumstances.

Normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, incorrect care, improper washing, alterations by third parties or accidental damage are not considered product faults.

14. Care instructions

Customers must follow the care instructions provided with the product. Delicate fabrics, handmade details, embellishments and special materials may require professional cleaning or special care.

We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, ironing, storage, chemical products, perfumes, cosmetics or improper handling.

15. User accounts

Customers may create an account to manage orders, addresses and account information.

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We may suspend or delete accounts where misuse, fraud or security concerns are detected.

16. Reviews, comments and user content

If you submit product reviews, comments, messages or other content, you agree that the content must be truthful, lawful and respectful.

We may remove content that is abusive, misleading, unlawful, spam, offensive, promotional or unrelated to the product or service.

By submitting content, you allow us to use, display and moderate it for website, customer service and promotional purposes, unless otherwise required by law.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we may send you updates about new arrivals, collections, promotions and brand news.

All designs, product images, photographs, logos, branding, text, graphics, layouts, videos and other website content belong to Jehona Bunjaku or are used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publish or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, security or practices of third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

20. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jehona Bunjaku is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of data, delivery delays caused by third parties, customs delays or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

21. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform where caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, courier disruption, customs delays, strikes, pandemics, war, civil unrest, supply-chain issues, power failures, technical failures or government restrictions.

22. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo.

If you are a consumer located in another country, you may also have mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.

23. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your order will apply to that order.
