This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered from Jehona Bunjaku.
1. Shipping origin
Orders are prepared and shipped from Kosovo unless otherwise stated.

2. Order processing time
Ready-to-wear items are normally processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Made-to-order, atelier, custom, bridal or limited pieces may require additional production time. The estimated production time will depend on the item, fabric availability, complexity and order volume.
3. Delivery times
Delivery times depend on the destination country, courier, customs clearance and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times may be shown at checkout. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
International deliveries may take longer due to customs, local delivery services, public holidays or courier delays.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or displayed before payment.
Free shipping may be offered for selected orders, promotions, countries or minimum order values. Free shipping conditions may change from time to time.
5. International shipping
We may ship internationally to selected countries.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees or local charges applied by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
6. Order tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent by email or made available through your account/order tracking page.
Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch.
7. Incorrect shipping address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
8. Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed, contact us at info@jehonabunjaku.com.
We will assist with courier inquiries where possible. However, delivery delays caused by couriers, customs, local authorities or force majeure are outside our direct control.
9. Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and contact us as soon as possible with photos of the parcel, product and shipping label.
